victory against IMBRA. It comes from one
court and one judge. But it advances the cause
against IMBRA, and offers the first legal basis
to mount further successful challenges.
A TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER (TRO) against the
U.S. Attorney General and the Justice Department
from enforcing the International Marriage Broker
Regulation Act of 2005 (IMBRA) against an IMB
in Georgia was issued by the United States District
Court for the Northern District of Georgia in

exempt from Marriage Broker Act. Big
Dating, known for its mafia style tactics
has crafted a new law to eliminate competitors.
This new law and its exceptions is an
attempt by BIG Dating to gain market share
in the growing International singles market.
The new Marriage Broker Law makes a
few select large American companies exempt from the
Marriage Broker Act. The fastest growing
dating market in the United States is Latin and
Asian singles. 90% of the foreign
singles sites are owned by small
mom and pop type international dating websites.
The new law is aimed directly at them in
a backroom political move to take market share
and does not protect 90% of foreign women. Read

Feminists Sell Out To Exempt Big American
Dating - Hatred Becomes Their Cause. The
feminists stated their original goal was to
protect for women from American men. After
3 years the feminists were not able to get their
ORIGINAL marriage broker act passed due to powerful
lobbyists and campaign contributions made by
Americans largest dating companies who
don't want dating restricted. In response, the
feminist groups went after interracial couples
and minority web site owners which own
over 90% of the smaller international dating
websites.

of Marriage Broker Act and start petition as
a Plan B. With only 18,000 signatures,
the feminist data collectors have seriously
underestimated the single men databases of the international
marriage agencies which contain over 500,000
single men. There may be over 1 million

protect foreign marriage rights.
In addition the feminist estimated small
international web site strength at fewer
than 500 websites. The international
marriage brokers have well over 1000 websites
and have a much larger online presence
