The feminists stated their original goal was to protect for women from American men.  After 3 years the feminists were not able to get their ORIGINAL marriage broker act passed due to powerful lobbyists and campaign contributions made by Americans largest dating companies who don't want dating restricted. Online dating is a 700 million dollar a year industry.  90% of foreign dating is done by 4 of these large American companies.

 

In response the feminist groups went after interracial couples and minority web site owners which own over 90% of the smaller international dating website. After the smoke and mirrors are gone, we see the true goal of these feminist groups.  To punish interracial couples in the international dating business and the clients they serve.  By elimlinating these interracial couples they are only hurting the foreign women they say they are trying to protect.

 

Small international dating companies have data bases of the bad men who try to hurt the foreign women in their introduction agencies.  Once identified, these bad men are banned from complete networks of international dating sites.  Men are being prescreened from the time of their first email or call to these introduction agencies.  The reputation of the agency among its female members is the most important part of these introduction agency's business.  Because the better your reputation with the women, the more women you will sing up into your agency.  The women tell their friends and family about their agency experiences and most femle sign ups are by referral.

 

The feminist goal is to remove these small introduction agencies along with their interracial and minority owners.  Thus taking away the protection these agencies offered to foreign women by screening the men.  With the exempt large US Dating Companies taking over this market, the women have no more protection.  Large US based companies do not have to do background checks or any other screening of the men.  They wrote themselves a clause that states if the core of your business is US dating, you are exempt.  Thus proving the sponsers of the Marriage Broker Act support about the hatred of foreign women marrying American men.
